Frustrating!

That's definitely the most fitting word that I can use to describe my week in Baking 2.

Ever since yesterday, I've had this strange feeling that something is out to get me.

What with things suddenly continuously going wrong,

Marzipan sticking to everything but the kitchen sink(pardon the pun)

Pate Sucree dough breaking apart worse than some of my reknowned friends break ups

And lacking so much sleep, that the only way to keep awake is to drink 2 cans of Starbuck's Doubleshot espresso and cream.

I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hope I pass this term.

But I'm doubly scared of GARDE MANGER!!!!!!!!!:(

i am currently in Baking and Pastries 2, also known as my fourth term in school

and starting to hate chocolate with passion.

AAAAAnyway, nothing much is new - just this and that and those and these.

I decided just recently to just go to school in the New York Film Academy situated in Universal Studios after this culinary thang i'm pursuing.

i mean, thanks parents, i have my fallback which i love which is cooking!

i'm pretty much set for life. :)

i'll make a living out of cooking(somehow. crap.)

oh, and my other passion to be pursued at NYFA.

naturally, and obviously, the lady wearing the toque(proper name of the tall hat, as i recall) was my chef last term whose name is Gena Lora. She used to be a chef for
"Gourmet Magazine" and basically, she kicks ass. She's nice, but don't get on her bad side =)

ANYWAY, gosh im tired.

GOD, I was so(and still am) out of it last Friday.

Yesterday was the release of Rent's dvd

And as sure as HELL I was determined to get that DVD even if I'm now oh so far away from Target

Since my lovely school became annoying and transferred us to South Pasadena

But on the bright side, that neighborhood is sooooooo quiet and peaceful and stuff

My most favorite movie of 2006 SO FAR: High School Musical.

Like, oh, my God. Even if Zac Efron reminds me of Saffron cuz his name sounds like it in a way, I STILL ADORE HIM!

He played his character well.

I especially love the part where he and "Gabriella" were in the gym while he was practicing free throws, and she was like

"You know I once scored 41 points on a league championship game!"

Then he replied, "What? No way! Don't tell me youre good with hoops, too!"

To which the witty and ever so beautiful Gabriella(damn her, I'm jealous! LOL) said, "Yeah and on the same day, I invented microwave popcorn![and something else, forgot!]"

Ahh... how CUTE is DISNEY?

I swear, one of the things I have to add to my list of To Do Before I Die is to star/appear in a Disney movie.

Since Disney rocks, cuz it all feels friendly and stuff.

OH BTW.

I'm planning on like, getting a job at the mall. Not related to the Food Industry yet though.

I'm thinkin', like, asking at Old Navy.

Since I love clothes and all.

OR something in the Food Industry.

Which is work at the See's Candy store.
